Sustaining a dental practice over the long haul requires the dentist to first manage himself as discussed in Part I. The reality is that we don't practice alone. Dentistry is a very intimate and social profession. Our practice exists and succeeds only as far as our ability to work with externals. We must manage our work, our money, our time and, of course, other people.
